    • BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE, THE CUSTOMER IS CONSENTING THAT HE OR SHE IS OF OR ABOVE LEGAL AGE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL IN THE U.S. (21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

    • IF A CLIENT IS UNDER THE LEGAL AGE, THE COURIER WILL NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT THE CHOSEN LOCATION, IT WILL IMMEDIATELY BE SENT BACK TO ITS LOCATION OF ORIGIN, AND THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT ONLY FORFEIT THE SHIPPING COST OF THE PACKAGE BUT WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE, WHERE AS THE REMAINDER OF THE CHARGE WILL BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE ACCOUNT USED TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.

    • TO ENSURE THAT ALL PROPER LEGALITIES ARE MET, THE COURIER WILL ASK FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL THAT HAS PLACED THE ORDER AND SECURE A SIGNATURE OF SAID PERSON BEFORE HANDING THE PACKAGE OVER

    • A CUSTOMER THAT HAS PLACED AN ORDER WILL BE PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER TO ENSURE DELIVERY IS MADE WHILE SAID INDIVIDUAL IS AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY (NOTE: THE CUSTOMER HAS THE OPTION OF CONTACTING THE COURIER BEFOREHAND TO NOTIFY THEM OF THE BEST DELIVERY WINDOW TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS ON SITE TO SIGN FOR AND RECEIVE THE PACKAGE

      • IF THE COURIER MAKES A DELIVERY ATTEMPT AND THE CLIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE, THE COURIER WILL TAKE THE PACKAGE BACK TO THEIR LOCAL DEPOT. THE COURIER WILL AUTOMATICALLY ATTEMPT DELIVERY A SECOND TIME THE FOLLOWING DAY UNLESS

        • 1) THE CUSTOMER CALLS AND REQUESTS A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE AND TIME.

        • 2) THE CUSTOMER OPTS TO GO TO THE LOCAL COURIER DEPOT TO COLLECT THE PRODUCT IN PERSON (AGAIN, THIS MUST BE THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS PLACED THE ORDER, PROPER IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR PROOF AGE, AND A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUESTED BEFORE DISPATCHING THE PACKAGE TO THE CLIENT.

    • AGAIN, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DISCUSSED PROCEDURE WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING HELD LOCALLY BY THE COURIER FOR APPROXIMATELY 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS; AT WHICH POINT THE PACKAGE WILL BE SENT BACK TO ITS LOCATION OF ORIGIN

      • IN THIS CASE, THE CUSTOMER MAY PAY FOR A SECOND DELIVERY CHARGE TO HAVE THE PACKAGE SENT OUT AGAIN. BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SAME PROCESS WILL TAKE PLACE THE SECOND TIME AS WELL.

  • IF THE ITEMS ARE BEING PURCHASED AS A GIFT FOR ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL, THIS INDIVIDUAL’S NAME MUST BE DISCLOSED IN THE “SHIPPING INFORMATION” PORTION OF THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

    • THE GIFTED RECIPIENT MUST ALSO:

      • BE ON THE PREMISES OF WHERE THE PACKAGE IS BEING DELIVERED AT TIME OF DELIVERY

      • THEY MUST ALSO BE OF LEGAL AGE TO BUY OR CONSUME ALCOHOL - AND THEREFORE WILL BE REQUESTED TO FURNISH THE COURIER DRIVER WITH VALID IDENTIFICATION

      • AND THEY WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR THE RELEASE OF THE PACKAGE

    • IN THE CASE OF THE GIFTED RECIPIENT NOT BEING AVAILABLE AT TIME OF THE INITIAL DELIVERY ATTEMPT, A MESSAGE WILL BE LEFT FOR THEM WITH INFORMATION REGARDING A SECOND ATTEMPT, CONTACT INFORMATION TO ADJUST THE DELIVERY TIME AND DAY FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR CONVENIENCE, OR BE PROVIDED WITH THE OPTION TO VISIT THE COURIER’s LOCAL DEPOT TO SECURE THE PACKAGE (AGAIN REQUIRING PROPER IDENTIFICATION AND SIGNATURE FOR RELEASE.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of identity before processing payment and sending the package out. None of this information will be kept or used for any purpose other than securing the identity of the purchasing party.

  • Courier Services ship alcohol solely by ground, there fore if an expedited order is desired, again, please use the contact information provided, but in the vast majority of cases overnight delivery is not an option.

  • Certain states are no-ship zones regarding these products and therefore have been eliminated from the checkout process. The Customer will be informed if they reside in or are trying to ship to one of these states or territories.

  • Please keep in mind that active shipping days for Couriers being used are Monday through Saturday with the exception of any national or government holidays. The Couriers do not conduct business on these days.

  • All orders exceeding $500 where the billing and shipping information do not match will require a lengthier time to process and will likely require a form of deeper identification from the purchasing party prior to release of the product.

    • We reserve the right to refuse an order if there is an inconsistency that leads us to believe that there is anything questionable about said order.

  • There are no warranties on products of this nature. The company will never knowingly send out a defective product, but if it does occur please do not hesitate to get in touch with customer service. But since we have no control over the Courier’s care of the package, delays due to weather, logistical issues, or any other potential Courier problems we cannot offer any recourse on their behalf. Yet again, any questions or inquiries are more than welcome by our customer service department.

    • Please keep in mind that Couriers do NOT insure alcoholic goods and therefore attempting to open a case with them will not yield any results. But Full Reach solely uses FedEx, which has the highest successful delivery rate and lowest product damage rates in the industry (2019).

In No Event is Clonakilty Irish Whiskey or any of its associated brands, officers, board members, staff, or partners liable for any issues arising from this online store. Clonakilty Distilling Co. is solely the manufacturer of the products and therefore have no legal liability in the purchasing and fulfillment of their product.
